QED InVivo

QED In Vivo provides advanced analysis features to track cells and organelles, and measure changes in concentrations, co-localization, shapes, sizes, speed, angles of orientation - all of which can be plotted in a real time trend chart.

QED Image comes loaded with a wide variety of microscope controls functions and support for most camera, multi color fluorescence and time-lapse imaging,  Now also includes automated mosaic tiling and other stage control functions. This program provides the easiest multicolor acquisition, using a click of a mouse for complex multi color combinations without the need for scripting or counter intuitive menus.
