Mitutoyo QS-L SERIES GENERATION C VISION SYSTEM
The QS-L Generation C has updated optics that now use the same optics, lenses, and lights as the QV Active. It has high-speed autofocus to help reduce measurement time as well as improved X- and Y- Axis accuracy with its high-rigidity cross-travel stage and improved Z-Axis accuracy with its Vision AF (originally developed for MF Generation D).
The QS-L Generation C offers increased high-speed measurement and accuracy as well as newly updated software functions, increasing its ability to take new measurements and making it more user-friendly for operators.
Updated Optics
- The QS-L now uses the same optics (and lenses) as the Qv Active.
High-speed vision autofocus to reduce measurement time
- Uses an algorithm to process 3-million pixel images at high speed. Autofocus time is approx. 1 second
New lights (same as the Active)
- LED lights
- 4-quadrant ring light
High Accuracy
- High-rigidity cross-travel stage to improve the X- and Y-axis accuracy
- Vision AF (originally developed for MF Generation D) to improve the Z-axis accuracy
