We recommended service be done bi-annually to minimize issues. Service can also be done quarterly or on a custom schedule depending on the use level and environment.
Evaluation and Repair
General services are billed at $199/hour plus parts. You are under no obligation to repair your equipment. On-site evaluations are available (on-site evaluations entail added costs and will be quoted upon request)
- We’ll provide an Evaluation quote and RMA number before receiving your microscope.
- A PO or credit card for the quoted amount initiates the process.
- After evaluation, we’ll quote the repair cost for you to approve via amended or new PO.
- If repair is costlier than replacement, we’ll offer a new purchase option without evaluation charges.
