Digital Microscopes
In the era of cutting-edge technology, digital microscopes have revolutionized the way we observe and analyze microscopic samples. Unlike traditional optical microscopes, these innovative instruments leverage the power of cameras and magnified optics to deliver live, high-quality images directly to a monitor, opening up a world of possibilities for scientific exploration and collaboration.
Live Imaging and Observation
- Witness microscopic details in real-time as the magnified images are displayed on a monitor, enabling effortless observation and analysis.
- Capture and Save Images: Easily capture high-resolution images for documentation, analysis, or sharing purposes with just a few clicks.
- Advanced Measurement and Analysis: Leverage powerful software tools to precisely measure, annotate, and analyze captured images, unlocking new insights into your samples.
Collaborative Engagement
- Collaborative Viewing: Multiple researchers or students can simultaneously view and discuss the live images, fostering teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
- Streamlined Workflow: Eliminate the need for frequent adjustments and eye strain associated with traditional eyepiece-based microscopes, enhancing productivity and user comfort.
Features
Ergonomic for all users. No hunching over eyepieces, large viewing area, able to handle large parts, motorized focus control optional
Measure, compare, annotate, create a movie, go/no-go overlay all without a computer, or add an optional computer and use the free desktop version of the Enersight software platform
Leica digital microscopes can be configured on a variety of stands with a huge range of lighting options (check the microscope lighting options on lighting landing page) to support any application including large samples, micro-samples, medical devices, electronics, geology samples, materials, and more.
We have 2 models of pure digital microscopes and many more models of psuedo digital microscopes. We consider every microscope with a digital camera as a digital microscope because thay have much of the same functionality as a digital microscope but with the added benefit of eyepieces when you need them. See a few options below or contact us to help you determine the best solution for your specific application.
