Meet COXEM—Unique Tabletop SEMs

We recently signed an agreement with COXEM, a leading supplier of tabletop scanning electron microscopes (SEMs).

JH will represent COXEM's compact SEMs—which offer capabilities unavailable from other manufacturers at highly competitive prices—throughout North America. These SEMs offer EDS and EBSD capability, making them unique in the tabletop SEM market.
