Buehler MiniMet 1000 Discontinuation Update
Product Notice: 2026-11 Current Date: 06/24/26 Effective Date: 06/24/26
As previously stated, the MiniMet 1000 has officially been discontinued and removed from the 2026 catalogue. As the technology landscape continues to evolve, several key components used in this product are nearing end-of-life with our suppliers. Rather than investing a great deal of time and resources into updating this machine, we have chosen to focus our resources on developing other products that will provide a greater value and help drive additional growth.
There are currently 5 units left available for purchase, which is currently about 3 months of sales at the current run rate.
Per our end of life policy, we will continue to support service parts for the full five year window following discontinuation. While the product itself will no longer be available, they will still have access to necessary components until mid-2031. The consumables sized for the MiniMet will also continue to be available.
