We have added to our SEM imaging capabilty and capacity. Our highest resolution SEM Imaging comes from our Apreo S FE SEM. Materials analysis, failure identification, measurements, analysis, EDS 100mm detector, and EBSD capability.

And now we have our COXEM Table-top SEM with EDS and EBSD capability. This is an amazing instrument in a compact table-top design showing the latest innovations in affordable SEM platforms.
